How are credits calculated?
Each plan includes monthly credits that reset every billing period. AI and data operations consume credits according to the table below (current values). Rule-based lead scoring is free, and the demo workspace never uses credits.

Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your organization moves to the Free plan. There is no long-term commitment.
Can I connect Gmail?
Yes. Google Workspace and Gmail mailboxes connect through Google OAuth, and emails are sent from your own mailbox via the Gmail API. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and you can disconnect at any time.
Can I connect Microsoft?
Yes. Microsoft 365 and Outlook mailboxes connect through Microsoft OAuth and the Microsoft Graph API. Any other provider can be connected with SMTP and IMAP.
Is my data secure?
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use secure httpOnly cookies, mailbox tokens and SMTP credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, access is role-based and security-relevant actions are audit-logged. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
How does unsubscribe work?
Every outbound email includes an unsubscribe link and List-Unsubscribe headers. Unsubscribes, bounces, complaints and "remove me" replies add the address to your organization's suppression list and stop all sequences; the list is checked right before every send. Note that no tool can guarantee inbox placement — deliverability depends on your domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list quality and volume.
