Your plan includes a volume of credits that renews every month; referrals let you earn more.

Credits and billing

• Credits renew at every billing period. AI research, personalization, enrichment and provider searches use them; exact costs are listed on the Pricing page.
• The Billing page shows your plan, your balance, usage history and invoices. Only the organization owner can change the plan or billing details.

Referrals

1. Open Referrals and copy your link: it is specific to your organization.
2. Share it. Anyone who creates an account from this link and sets up an organization counts as a sign-up.
3. When the referred organization pays its first subscription payment, you earn 500 credits (default amount).

• The reward is granted only once per referred organization, and free trial periods do not count.
• Referring yourself (your own organization, team or email addresses) is not allowed.
• The Referrals page shows sign-ups, subscribers and credits earned; referred organizations appear there with a masked name.
